You can now submit Building Permit Requests / Room Rentals / Room Reservations online.
- Internal school activities require a Washington Local Staff member to log into the system using their WLS Google Account.
- Outside organizations need to create an FMX Calendar Account using the directions below.

Creating an Account
- If you do not yet have an account on FMX for Washington Local Schools you will need to create an account.
- Go to https://wls4kids.goFMX.com
- Click on "Need an Account?"
- Fill in the requested information
Reserve Location / Resource
- Navigate to the desired date on the calendar
- Click on that date then click on "Schedule Request"
- Enter the required information and Submit - you will need a liability insurance document
- You will receive email updates on the approval process
