I have lived in Toledo all of my life and am a 1986 graduate of Whitmer High School.

I attended the University of Toledo while earning an Associate's Degree of Applied Science In Architectural Technology in 1990. Several years later I also earned a Bachelor's of Education Degree from UT in 2008. I am certified to teach the subjects of Mathematics, Reading, and Science in Middle Childhood grades 4-9. Currently, I am working on my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction (of course from the University of Toledo).

This is my fifth year teaching Mathematics at Washington Junior High in the Washington Local School District. I absolutely love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else!

My husband and I have been married 24 years. He is a 1981 Whitmer graduate. We have three children currently attending college. Of course, all three are also Whitmer graduates (2010, 2011, 2012)!
